Missions Here and Abroad
Our aim is singular: make disciples — both locally and globally.
Local outreach is tough enough, but making disciples globally? How does Word Alive reach the nations? We pray…then go!
Word Alive Church is a mission driven Church with a three-fold mission: Proclaim the Gospel to the Jew first, local community, and to the Nations. Our missions program supports messianic outreach to the Jewish community locally and in Israel. We not only pray for our missionaries and the people they are ministering to, but we also believe it is our responsibility to support these missionaries financially. We send aid in the form of financial support, supplies and love.
We actively support the following missions programs:
◾Revive Israel, Asher Intrater
◾Mission of Hope in Haiti
◾Fervent Academy in the Philippines
◾Native American Ministries
◾WAC Matthew 25 Food and Clothing
We also support and partner with the following organizations:
◾Lawton First Assembly of God
◾House of David – Curt Landry
◾Dr. Hanna Arab Ministries
◾Financial Peace University
◾Pregnancy Resource Center
◾Teen Challenge of Oklahoma
◾Trinity Fellowship of Churches – Ricky Griffin, Jimmy Evans
◾Morningstar MFM – Jerry Wickline, Rick Joiner
◾Gateway Connect – Ed Funderburk, Robert Morris
Reaching Out in Our Community
Word Alive Church Family is committed to reaching out in our own community. Many of our members are active volunteers and supporters of organizations such as Geo Prison Facility and the Bridge Park Project in Doe Doe Park.
If you would like to make a charitable donation towards any of our missions programs, please contact Word Alive Church through our contact page.
